The Story Behind Mendez Polish Concrete 

Founded in 2021, Mendez Polish Concrete reflects the extensive knowledge and experience of CEO Gerardo Mendez in the polished concrete industry. Gerardo began his journey in 2016 as a team leader, quickly advancing to crew leader at a concrete polishing company, where he traveled and worked on projects in several states, including New York, Pennsylvania, and Colorado. After two years in this role, he made the decision to invest in his first grinding machine, which impressed his employer and led to multiple subcontracting opportunities. This significant step marked the start of Gerardo's independent business journey. 

Today, Mendez Polish Concrete operates as a family-owned business, led by Gerardo and his wife, Yadira, who has significant experience in business management. Her skills in accounting, management, and marketing have been essential in shaping the company's operational and strategic framework. During its first year, MPC focused on small-scale residential projects and gradually began to take on commercial projects, cultivating relationships that formed long-term partnerships and set the foundation for broader initiatives. Now, the team has grown to include many talented professionals who are equally committed to installing beautiful and enduring modern concrete floors.
