What is the process for Polished Concrete?

The polished concrete process involves mechanically grinding the concrete using a walk-behind grinder, which includes cleaning and repairing any cracks or imperfections in the concrete. Next, diamond grinding pads are used to grind down the surface and remove rough spots. This is followed by honing with finer pads to achieve a smoother finish. After honing, polishing pads are applied to create a high-gloss shine. Finally, a sealant may be added to protect the polished surface and enhance its durability, resulting in a glossy and attractive floor.
